Overview

Yadav Diamonds & Jewelry is a family-run San Francisco jeweler known for engagement rings and fine jewelry, offering both natural and lab-grown diamonds since 1983.

We grew e-commerce revenue and booked showroom appointments while improving ROAS across SEO and paid media. 

Challenges Before
Working with Jives

  • Non-brand visibility lagged on high-intent searches (engagement rings, lab diamonds, wedding bands). Competitors owned the map pack and top organic spots.
  • Product pages weren’t built for conversion: thin copy, limited social proof, and slow mobile load on image-heavy SKUs.
  • Google Ads leaned on broad keywords and Smart Shopping; CAC was high and ROAS inconsistent across categories.
  • Little use of local cues (store hours, appointment CTAs, reviews) on core pages, which hurt in-store booking.
  • Tracking gaps made it hard to connect ad clicks to booked appointments and high-value online orders.

Our plan of action

  • SEO foundation: rewrote category and product copy; added comparison content (natural vs. lab), diamond education guides (4Cs), FAQs, and schema; launched city pages tied to “San Francisco engagement rings” and related intent.
  • Googly My Business lift: optimized Google Business Profile with fresh photography, product highlights, services, UTM links, and a steady review program to raise prominence and CTR.
  • Search + Shopping rebuild: split campaigns by intent and category (solitaire, halo, three-stone, lab-grown); exact/phrase match with strict negatives; Performance Max with feed hygiene (titles, attributes, price anchors) and ROAS targets.
  • Conversion architecture: faster image delivery, sticky add-to-cart, “book an appointment” above the fold, trust badges, financing/upgrade details, and cart recovery.
  • Remarketing engine: dynamic product ads + email flows (browse/cart abandon, ring design consult, financing, upgrade/trade-in).
  • Attribution clarity: GA4 events for “book appointment,” phone call tracking, and CRM tags so leadership could see revenue and AOV by channel.
