GPI Builders is a luxury residential and commercial construction firm serving Los Angeles and the surrounding metro area. Known for high-end ADUs, full-scale remodels, custom home builds, and commercial tenant improvements, GPI competes in one of the most saturated construction markets in the U.S.

Before partnering with Jives, GPI had the craftsmanship and portfolio to win bigger projects — but not the digital infrastructure needed to consistently attract, qualify, and convert high-intent leads.

Our Plan of action

  • Rebuilt GPI’s SEO foundation by restructuring service pages, fixing metadata, improving internal linking, and optimizing for high-intent residential construction keywords.

  • Launched a full-funnel Google Ads strategy targeting homeowners searching for kitchen remodels, ADUs, whole-home renovations, and additions across the Los Angeles metro.

  • Activated Meta Ads for demand generation, using lifestyle creative, before-and-after visuals, and testimonial-driven ads to build trust and drive mid-funnel traffic.

  • Implemented call tracking, GA4, and conversion tagging to properly measure form submissions, phone calls, quote requests, and contractor inquiries.

  • Optimized GPI’s Google Business Profile, adding service categories, branded visuals, project photos, and weekly posts to increase visibility in the local map pack.

  • Launched retargeting campaigns (Google + Meta) to re-engage high-intent visitors browsing services or project galleries but not yet requesting an estimate.

  • Improved landing page UX, tightening value propositions, adding social proof, and restructuring CTAs to increase conversion rates from paid channels.
