Comfort By Design is an HVAC contractor serving homeowners in Colorado Springs and nearby communities. 

We were retained to reshape their brand digitally: rebuild the website, grow local visibility with SEO, and scale lead flow through Google Ads, LSA, and Meta Ads.

Challenges Before

  • Low visibility for “near me” and emergency searches; few rankings across priority towns.
  • Website was slow on mobile, light on trust cues, and lacked clear paths to book service.
  • Paid search spent on broad terms; CPL was high and weekend/emergency coverage was weak.
  • Seasonal swings weren’t managed; lead flow stalled between peak heating/cooling months.

Our plan of action

  • Rebuilt the site from scratch for speed, mobile UX, and conversion (clear CTAs, financing badges, reviews, and licenses above the fold).
  • Launched service + location pages for core demand: AC repair, furnace repair, heat pumps, tune-ups, indoor air quality, and emergency service across target ZIPs.
  • Restructured Google Ads with exact/phrase match, tight negatives, call extensions, and after-hours coverage; remarketing into “book now” and financing offers.
  • Spun up Meta campaigns for local reach and offer amplification (seasonal tune-ups, new system promos, and financing).
  • Implemented review growth and Google Business Profile upgrades (photos, categories, services, and Q&A) to lift map pack placement.
  • Installed full-funnel tracking: call recording, form tracking, and revenue tags so budgets followed booked jobs, not clicks.
