Parallel Advisors is a San Francisco based wealth management firm with about $9B in assets under management and nearly 20,000 high net worth client accounts worldwide. 

The firm had strong word of mouth, but the digital funnel leaked at every step, which left millions in AUM on the table while Fisher, Cresset, Aspiriant, and others grew online.

Challenges Before
Working with Jives

  • Traffic was wasted. 99.6% of visitors left without an inquiry. The site converted at 0.44%.
  • The homepage created friction. Almost half of visitors bounced in under 60 seconds. Trust signals were weak and there was no clear call to action.
  • Paid media underperformed. More than $1M in ad spend drove clicks, but few high net worth prospects booked meetings.
  • Competitors outranked the site on high value terms like fiduciary advisor, RSU tax planning, and family office services.
  • The brand looked diluted online. The site did not show the level of polish that high net worth families expect.

 

Our plan of action

  • Placed AUM milestones, awards, press mentions, and social proof at the top of key pages. Added a fixed “15 minute consultation” call to action.
  • Reduced forms from more than 12 fields to a simple 4 field flow. Added consultation prompts across service pages and case studies.
  • Shipped targeted service pages and guides on fiduciary wealth management, RSU tax, and family office planning to capture more than 25,000 monthly searches.
  • Matched the design standard and keyword coverage of Fisher and Aspiriant so expectations from affluent visitors were met the moment they landed.
  • Connected GA4, GTM, and Salesforce to separate sourced and influenced pipeline and to see which paths produced booked consultations.
